• All purchases are processed directly by the third-party entities we cooperate with. For example, if you purchase a gym subscription, the transaction is carried out directly with the gym, provided that the gym uses our software. We do not process or complete these transactions ourselves.
• All refunds are handled directly by the entity from which you made your purchase. For example, if you purchased a subscription through a gym, that gym is solely responsible for processing any applicable refunds in accordance with its own terms and conditions. We do not process or issue refunds on behalf of third-party providers.
• If at any time we begin offering purchases directly through our app, we will update these Terms and Conditions accordingly to reflect the applicable refund and payment policies.
